Terms of use

The rules for buying and using a Furia Store license.

What these terms cover

These terms govern the purchase and use of the script licenses sold by Furia Store, such as Loudly, and the use of this site. By signing in or buying, you declare that you have read them and agree to them. If you don't agree, don't buy. How we handle your data is on the privacy page.

Your account

You sign in with your Discord account. Take care of it: whatever is done with your session counts as done by you. We recommend turning on 2FA and keeping the recovery codes somewhere safe; without 2FA you can't generate the key or change the IP. We may refuse orders and suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

The license

Each purchase gives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one script, per server. The license is per script and per IP: it works on the server whose IP is pinned to it. You don't buy the code, you buy the right to use it for the plan's term (monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual). The script checks the license with our authenticator; without a valid license, it doesn't work. A license paid in reais only works on a server in Brazil.

IP change

The IP is pinned when the script runs for the first time. You can change it in the dashboard, confirming with the 2FA code, at most once every 72 hours. If we reset your account's 2FA, the 72-hour window also starts over. The change applies to the same license; it doesn't let you use the license on two servers at the same time.

The key

You generate the key in the dashboard, with the 2FA code, and it is shown only once. Keep it somewhere safe: we can't show it again. If you lose it or suspect it leaked, generate another; the previous one keeps working for a 48-hour grace period, so you can update the server, and then stops working. Whoever has the key uses the license, so the key is your responsibility.

Prices, payment and renewal

The price and currency appear before you pay; reais are only available to people accessing from Brazil. Payment is made on the Stripe page, and fees from your payment method, such as the IOF tax on Pix, are on you. Licenses don't renew on their own: no charge is made unless you start the payment. To renew, use the dashboard; the new term adds on from the current expiry, so renewing early doesn't lose you any days. Once the license expires, the script stops working until it is renewed.

Delivery and support

The license is released automatically after payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes; methods such as Multibanco may take longer to confirm. Support is provided through tickets on the Furia Store Discord, which is also the channel for questions, requests about your data and complaints.

Refunds and withdrawal

The license is digital content delivered right after payment is confirmed. At checkout, before paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, with it, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Apart from that, refund requests are reviewed case by case, through the Furia Store Discord.
  • A full refund of a purchase ends the license: it is revoked. A refund of a renewal removes the renewed period.
  • Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer revokes the license as soon as the dispute is opened.

None of this limits the rights that the law of your country guarantees you, for example when the product does not work as described.

What's not allowed

  • Reselling, renting, sublicensing or assigning the license, the key or access to the script.
  • Leaking, publishing or sharing the script, its code, its files or the key.
  • Bypassing the license check, the 72-hour IP change limit or any other protection of the script.
  • Decompiling, reverse engineering or copying parts of the script into another project.
  • Using the site to attack, overload or access accounts and data that aren't yours.

In case of violation, we may suspend or revoke the license and the account, without a refund, in addition to taking the measures the law allows.

Availability and liability

The scripts depend on FiveM and third-party services, which change without notice; we do our best to keep them working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in question, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Furia Store is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two or Cfx.re. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published here, with the update date at the top, and changes don't reduce what you've already bought. These terms follow the law of the country where Furia Store is established, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
